A formal professional relationship is only created when a written Engineering Services Agreement is signed by authorized representatives of both AEGI and the client entity.

A. Our Website Assets

All materials published on this website (including branding logos, technical text copy, graphics, web designs, CSS stylesheets, layout grids, and interactive calculators) are the exclusive property of AEGI and are protected by Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws.

B. User Upload Declarations

When uploading files (CAD files, blueprints, site designs, or plans) through our systems, you guarantee that you hold full legal rights or license authorizations to transmit these documents. You agree not to upload materials that violate third-party intellectual property or copyrights. You grant AEGI a non-exclusive license to review these materials solely to prepare your requested project quotes.

The information contained on this website is for informational purposes only. It should not be interpreted as professional engineering advice, structural recommendations, or certified construction guidelines.

Official engineering designs, structural calculations, and geomatics profiles require strict review of local conditions and must be issued with a professional seal (P.Eng stamp) in accordance with APEGA regulations. AEGI does not issue sealed engineering drawings or certified reviews through website content alone.

In no event shall AEGI, its directors, professional engineers, employees, or tech partners be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:
