In this ongoing project, Advanced Engineering Group Inc. (AEGI) is providing end-to-end Civil Engineering consulting services for 'The Park In Edson' subdivision master plan in Edson, Alberta.
The master land development encompasses 110 residential lots and 5 strategically situated commercial lots. AEGI's engineering scope covers full site grading, deep and shallow municipal utilities design, site services, and an advanced stormwater management system engineered for cold-climate resilience and municipal compliance.
Our team works in close coordination with Nortech Consulting Inc. and local municipal authorities in Edson to ensure seamless approval workflows, environmental stewardship, and optimal construction staging.
